1. Introduction

IT Intelligence, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the playXdesign Google Workspace™ Add-on and the playxdesign.com website (collectively, the "Service"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep your data secure.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our subscription-based Service, we collect the following types of information:

Account Information: When you sign up for a playXdesign Pro subscription, we collect your email address and basic profile information (such as your name). If you register using Google Single Sign-On (SSO), we receive this basic contact information directly from Google to verify your identity and manage your active subscription.

Billing Information: If you purchase a paid subscription, your payment details (such as credit card information) are collected and processed securely by our third-party payment processors. IT Intelligence, LLC does not store or process your credit card information on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to provide, maintain, and improve our Service. Specifically, we use your data to:

Create and manage your user account.
Verify your active subscription status to unlock premium features within the Google Slides™ Add-on.
Process transactions and send related billing information, including confirmations and receipts.
Provide customer support and respond to your requests.

4. Data Sharing

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data is only shared with trusted third-party service providers (such as our web host and payment processors) strictly for the purpose of facilitating the Service on our behalf.

5. Google Workspace API Data Usage

While we collect your email to manage your subscription, the playXdesign Add-on itself remains private by design. Our Add-on requires certain permissions (OAuth Scopes) to function within your Google Slides™ environment, but we do not collect, store, transmit, or monitor your presentation content.

Current Presentation Access (presentations.currentonly): playXdesign requests permission to view and manage the presentation you are actively working on. This allows the script to insert shapes, lines, text, and court graphics, as well as read the coordinates of selected objects to link actions and attach screens. All processing of your diagrams happens locally within your Google account; your plays, notes, and graphics remain securely inside your Google Drive™.

Sidebar Interface (script.container.ui): This permission allows playXdesign to render its custom menu and sidebar dashboard directly inside Google Slides™, providing you with the visual tools and templates needed to build your plays.

User Email Identification (userinfo.email): We request access to your primary Google Account email address solely to identify the active user for subscription verification.

External Connectivity(script.external_request): playXdesign requests permission to connect to an external service. We use this strictly to securely transmit your active Google email address to our members database to verify your subscription status and unlock Pro features.

Data Locality: All processing of your diagrams happens locally within your Google account. Your plays, notes, graphics, and slide content remain securely inside your Google Drive™. We do not retain, store, or log any of your presentation data on our servers.

Limited Use Disclosure: playXdesign's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Data Retention: Because your diagrams are processed locally, the only Google user data we retain on our servers is your email address. This is securely stored in our customer database solely to manage your subscription status and grant access to Pro features. We retain your email address only for as long as you maintain an active account or subscription with playXdesign.

Data Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your user data at any time. To request the complete deletion of your email address and associated subscription data from our systems, please contact us at the email address listed in Section 9. Upon receiving a verifiable request, your data will be permanently removed from our active database within 30 days. Additionally, you can revoke the playXdesign Add-on's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Security settings, which immediately severs our application's ability to view your email address or interact with your presentations.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Subscription status checks between the Add-on and our servers are conducted over secure, encrypted connections.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on playxdesign.com.
